Quiet Read is a small app that's beautiful in it's simplicity and usability. A good example of design providing a solution to a problem. I think it is going to be quite popular for several reasons. It does one thing and does it well. It's got a well-designed UI that doesn't draw unnecessary attention and blends well into your desktop environment. And it is free.
